I got my truck inspected yesterday. They passed it. I had to run out for milk and on my way home my truck started wobbling really bad and banging and my left front tire started smoking and I heard stuff like the sound of pebbles under the truck.......so I started driving exstremley slow and when I got to the stop sign I had to push my brake to the floor to stop and I finally got home and my brake pedal touches the floor with no problem and my tire is crooked.......the top of it is turned in twords the truck and the bottom part is pushed out. Mind you it gave me a panick attack and I had my two children in my truck at the time and I was only going 40 mph till it started swirving out of control. What do I do? I cannot afford all the damages I know I have now..I have no idea what happened or if I should take this to court?
my tire wasn't put back on right!

Do you know what the problem is yet? If the wheel was removed during the inspection and the lugs not properly tightened up, you should get an independent inspection done and go from there.
If the problem is related to negligence, the garage/mechanic is liable for all damages - that goes without saying - whether or not he is liable for any other punitive damages, you'll have to get the advice of a legal council and not just an opinion on Y/A.

into day world you can sue any one for any thing, but the thing is , did the inspected , go with look at the wheels, i talk to a lawer an go from their
