Can I substitute Pace picante sauce for Taco Bell thick and chunky salsa?

I plan on making a casserole W/ hamburger, bell peppers. canned tom's , frozen corn and tortillas.
Topped w/ shredded cheddar. I assume this substitute will be ok. Any additions will be appreciated. Thanks!!
