Can I Study M.A of TESL (or TESOL) in universities of Germany, with a B.Sc in

electronics Engineering.? I have studied Electrical engineering in Iran, and have 5-year experience of teaching ESL here.
I want to know if it is possible for me to continue my education in M.Ed ( or M.A) of TESL or TESOL in Germany.
