I recently took the CHSPE and received a certificate of proficiency. I was wondering if i can study abroad with that? I'm going to a community college right now, and was wondering if i can then transfer after two years and go to a college abroad? ( like Spain)
are there any requirements for this, or just a lot of money?
and is there any way to get financial aid to study abroad?
also, Do I still qualify for scholarships with my certificate of proficiency???
