I cooked steaks last night to medium rare, and had leftovers I wrapped in heavy duty aluminum foil and put in the fridge. Are they ok to use in a recipe tonight or would they be potentially bad due to being undercooked?
They're fine. I eat my steaks practically raw as a lot of people do. Steak tartare is made from uncooked steak. Steak is one of those things that's fine if it's undercooked.
