I am skinny 26 guy. I am planning to do weightlifting for 6 months to add on some weight and bulk up.
But I really hate bodybuilding.
1-Is it possible to switch to other sports once I reach my desired weight.
or
2-Can I continue lifting the same weights, if I want to maintain my gained weight. I don't care about getting very big.
