The phone company has won a appeal to erect a mast next to my home, could this be considered creating a newsence to ones neighbour ? In france 3 families won a court case in feb 2009 to make the phone company remove a mast that had been erected, because the phone company could not prove that the radio waves coming out of the mast were safe, and so were causing a newcence to ones nabour, so why not in the uk
