Once upon a time I made a stupid decision and withdrew from school... I never informed the school, I just stopped going.
(a lot things were happening in my life at that time, prefer not to get into it but it was irresponsible nonetheless)
I now want to return to school but owe them $700.. Do I have to pay that off first before I can return? Can I still get financial aid?
