I went to a community college in 2005-2006. I got financial aid. I did pretty bad in school. I dropped some classes, failed some, and passed some. I am now trying to go back to school. I filled out my fafsa and was approved for grants. I turned in all of my paper work at school and the lady told me I would get grants. I then found out that they need my transcript for the first school even though I am starting over as a freshman. Will my old transcript make me not eligible to get my grants now?
Can I still get financial aid if I got it before and did bad in school?
