...probation as a minor? When I was 17 I was charged with possession of marijuana for sale. I was never arrested or booked but I was detained and so forth. The agreement that I came to with the juvenile court was that I would be put on in-formal probation for one year as well as do 40 hours of community service and if I completed these without problem my case would be adjudicated.
As of right now I am doing NROTC and I am either trying to get a contracted scholarship or get a PLC contract. I have gotten mixed answers and I just want to know if I am permanently disqualified from getting a commission.
