I have this diet book called The Diet for Teenagers Only, and the intro for the book talks about how the best way to lose weight isn't doing a diet for adults, and you need one targeted for teens because your body is going through big changes. But I'm 18, I'll be 19 in November, and I feel like I might be too old for this book. I mean its still a diet, but since I'm not like a young teen, will this not give me as good of results as I might with something else? Because I really wanna do this book, I already have it and everything...
