Can I still be a lawyer...?

Im a female...and I have this half sleeve (tattoo from my elbow to my wrist) tattoo. Lawyers usually wear long sleeve but does my tattoo stop me from being a lawyer?

it doest stop you from being a lawyer but it might stop you from firms hiring you and clients hiring you.
because if its about clients jsut hide your sleeve the whole time
but if were talking about employers it will very hard to hide it.
in minds tatoos=doesnt work for the law.

You don't have to look any particular way to be a lawyer. Your tattoos won't be an issue.

I don't think so, you can always wear long sleeves or get it removed if it bothers you too much.

It does not restrict you from being a lawyer. Just because no lawyer wears a bone through their nose does not mean you can not become a lawyer if you have a bone through yours.

The only thing stopping you from being a lawyer is passing the state bar exam.

No problem. There is no mention in the RPC of any state about tattoos, piercings, or any other adornments.
