I have heard that the after market barrels are made with something called a "bentz" reamer (I dont know what that is) and because of this you cant shoot stingers or velocitors....This makes me mad if it is true...
Please help me out

Absolutely, you can shoot high-velocity ammo from your 10/22. While there's no guarantee it will be the most accurate or most reliable for your particular gun, you won't harm anything.

Here is the deal. As you said some barrels are made with a Bentz chamber. This is a chamber that is cut a little smaller than most. If you look at Stinger ammo next to standard velocity ammo you will see that the case of the stinger is a little longer. It may not fit in a tight chamber. If your barrel can't handle Stinger type ammo it should be marked somewhere ,"standard velocity only." I doubt that your barrel has a Bentz match chamber. It is usually only very expensive barrels made for match only use.
