im trying to sell my car and the name on the title isn't mine its the first owners but signed over the name on the back and i have not gotten it regestared in my name since i bought it. DOES it have to have my name on the front to be able to sell it? I am in the state of iowa.
can i sell my car if the title is in another persons name but i signed the back?
