Can I see my nephews deleted history?

I am going to perform a norton anti-virus scan on our laptop and i am interested in what sites may come up (e.g. porno, torrents) will it show what websites he's visited, what videos he's been watching etc.

What exactly will it show?
And how can i retrieve deleted history?
 
Although the scan will show cookies, giving you clues to some of them, If he deleted his history and emptiedcache then there is no way to retrieve it
 
hes just a boy thats normal, if you keep on being over protective hes gonna hate you later on
 
well i think you'd be better not too!
i mean dont embarraress him, most boys go on porn and watch porn films so you just need to see that its a normal thing for boys to do.

maybe you could block the porn sites that could have viruses linked to them?

You can't. Once history is cleared it can't be retrieved, for obvious privacy reasons. If he's been doing something illegal on your IP address and has been CAUGHT, the FBI will let you know.

Actually on second thought, you could do a System Restore. That would technically do it, but you would be undoing all your updates and recent programs just to snoop through his stuff. Up to you whether you think it's worth it.
 
you cant...unless u take it into computer guys who have the stuff to do that..

also norton in the long run will slow down your somputer lots and take longer to startup ad-aware is much better:)
