This person who works at TCF sees me working everyday and keeps trying to convince me to open up an account with them. I keept sayin no cuz im to lazy to get my mom in there to sign that paper work because im not 18. However the person said they'll "hook me up", and the person opened up a bank account for me, without my parent signing anything or talkin to my parent over the phone. What can i do to get some money out of this? Lawyers let me know
