My Betta Fish is discoloring, its fins are looking spiky instead of all webbed together, and he literally digs himself a niche in the bottom of the tank to just lay in, sometimes on its side. Is there anything i can do to save him?
The tank i have is a medium sized plastic one with no filter, as i've researched unnecessary, and a lid, I have a fake plant and pebbles, and i have the water cleaning drops(i put about 20 drops in a medium, think loaf of bread but with more depth, tank). <= is that too much?
I don't know what it could be, other than age. I've had my fish for 6 months and I can say I've been taking good care of him, feeding every day and night, cleaning the tank regularly.
Can I revive him to his former energetic self?
