Can i save a pc game onto my usb then play the game on my computer.?

ok I have the game the sims 2 for PC. The computer that we have at my house is the family laptop and we are not allowed to save games onto it. So i was wondering if i could install the Sims 2 data to my flash drive and then plug my usb into the family laptop, or just about any computer for that matter, with the game disk, play the game, save whatever i make onto my usb and leave no trace on the computer.
 
sure you can if your flash drive is big enough.. copy all the game files(my programs) to the flash drive and your done:)
 
There is a lot of things you can do with computers these days, the problem is with windows, which is not the very friendly operating system everyone thinks it is, Do you know that you can have a operating system and all the Games on a USB jump drive and not even touch the hard drive of your home laptop and leave no trace that is been used. plus the fact it will never get a virus on it and you can get on the internet with it I bet this would make you very happy

not only that you can take it with you anywhere and everywhere plug it into your friends computer and play your games on their computer.and still leave no trace it has been there..

If this interests you then let your parents read this message if they would approve you can do this then get one of them to send me a message and I will explain and guide them on what to do, I will only disgust this with your parents and not you, hope to here from you soon....
