Can I reverse something I did on Microsoft Paint to a saved JPEG image?

I have a picture in which I scribbled over someone's face. I found it a few years later (today) and I was wondering is there an application that I could use to remove that scribble and show the original image? Like reverse the layer or something?

I'm sorry, but there isn't, because JPEG images do not save layers. There is no technology that saves the history within JPEGs. Since no history within the image was saved, it is systematically impossible. I'm sorry, bro. The only images with that availability are PSDs and PDNs, or other history-saving image types. JPEG is not one of them.
