I bought a fishtank that's supposed to include filter, lightbulb, fake plants etc, but someone stole the filter and lightbulb. I knew there was gonna be problem when I bought it because the box looked retaped *siigh*. Will Walmart let me exchange it or will they think I stole it?
Can I return this back to Walmart?
