I just ordered 2 of the same phones online for my husband and I and renewed our contract. I just got the phones today and they are way too thin and small, camera is blurry and phone is very sensitive. I asked if I could return them to an online rep, and they said you have 30 days, but there is a $35 restocking fee for EACH phone!!! Both the phones were free because I renewed, so I don't understand why I would have to pay a total of $70 so they could restock the phones!! If they wont return them, can I cancel and not pay any fees? They say there's a 30 day worry free guarantee..yeah right..
