I have had my Blackberry Curve 8330 with Verizon for about six months now. I've always noticed it getting slow so I checked online and it's a common problem with blackberries and the only way to fix it is a battery pull. I don't feel like I should have to pull my battery out every time my phone gets slow. So I know that I am not eligible for the 30 day return policy but can I still return the phone? I don't even want a blackberry anymore if I have to pull the battery every time it gets slow. Someone was telling me that they might let me return it but if I choose to get a different phone I have to pay the full price of whatever phone I want to get. I thought if you return a phone and the phone you want costs more then the phone your returning you just pay the differance. So can I return my blackberry for a different phone without paying the full price of the phone?
