I have synced about 3,000 pictures from my computer to my iPhone. Yesterday, I got Windows 7 for my PC, and those 3,000 pictures on my computer did not get backed up on my hard drive. However, I still have all of them on my iPhone. Is there any way I can transfer those pictures from my iPhone back to my computer without emailing all of them one by one?
These pictures are NOT on my phone's "Camera Roll", they were synced from my PC.
