my phone is broke and need to tmobile is making me upgrade to get the cheaper phone or pay 400 for a replacement. They also told me if I bought the pre paid phone t mobile will bill me for full purchase of phone once I place my sim card in the phone. Is this true? they said it was a new due to people purchasing pre paid phones instead of upgrading plans>???? help
