can i replace a electric seat with a mechanical one in my 1997 Jeep cherokee limited?

The electrics in my drivers car seat have seized up and i can't move the seat forwards or backwards.I would prefer a mechanical seat to avoid using electrics altogether but i'm not sure if this is possible
