Can I replace a blow-out fuse with a wire in a Xbox 360 PSU?

I have a 360 that has a 100-127 V power block and was plugged into a 220V outlet, and therefore a fuse was blown. I don't have money to buy a new power block, so do you think it's safe to replace that fuse with a wire? It's a 203Watt PSU 5Amps 47-63Hertz , the ones the older Xbox's use.
