...have legal trouble? Alright guys, I know this is gonna seem like a dumb question but I need smart answers. I have my inspectors license for emmissions inspections in tx, I was put on probation for 4 different charges, one being a felony, and had my drivers license suspended shortly after I got my license. They haven't found out yet and I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. What I would like to know is this, in august everyone has to renew their license, does anybody here know if they will run any sort of background check on my drivers license or criminal record when I renew my badge? I'd like answers only from people that actually have experience with the situation, or know somebody that's done this, or have worked for dps, thanks guys!
