Can I remove this file?

I just saw, in my T3, a file (using FileZ), named 0100000000 that is about 714 kb in size, and was created today (!!!). The creator, shown in Details, is VRGR, and the type is EATA. I don't have any idea about file, creator, type, and I din't create it today by myself.
I wonder if somebody knows what's this, and if I can get rid of it without any problem...

This is a temporary file that's being created by the Palm OS. I'm not sure what it does since the creator ID is listed as "confidential" in Palm Creator ID database. I suspect that, if you delete it, it will be recreated. It's not something sinister so I would just leave it alone,
