Reason am calling the techie is that I need to:
1. Add a HDD (500 GB)
2. partition my internal HDD in a ratio, I believe with at least 160 GB on preferably the C drive.
3. Re-install the o/s (because it crashed twice before)[Remember, I don't have a CD so need to download]
My skillful friend: "Ask a techie to re-install. Tell him to download Windows Vista onto a CD inserted into your CD ROM drive, while mentioning that your system is a 64-bit. Then use the license number of your o/s which is at the bottom of the machine and bingo."
"Also purchase an additional 500 GB HDD and ask him to install it because you're running out of capacity"
Techie: "Sorry, pal, can't re-install an o/s without a CD."
Me: "But, can't you download it?"
Techie: "Not to my knowledge"
