I am having a Thanksgiving Feast at my work this week. The Feast starts at closing time, but I work until close. I am supposed to be bringing in 3 pumpkin pies. and I was wondering if I could prepare the pumpkin pie MIX and the crust and refrigerate them overnight so i can just pop them in the oven while i'm at work.
