relocation from X to Y country? Hi

I was communicating on Yahoo Messenger chat with the save option activated. Now I am relocated to another country and my Internet service provider is also changed. When I tried to see my saved Yahoo chat history in message archive , It was all blank. Does this have to do with IP address or something else?

Please advise me how to recover the saved Yahoo chat history with solutions
