I'm so discouraged!!
She was doing so good when we first started! Pooped in the potty the first day and every day after. Would tell me she needed to go to the potty and would run in there to go. We're going one candy for pee and two for poo in the potty which seemed to be working as great encouragement for her.
Than BAM one day its just out the window. Forget about it. Shes peeing in her pull up, laughing like its funny. Sometimes pooing in it too. When asked why its "because i wanted to". We've just gone straight to undies so she could get the wet feeling, ya she doesnt care. We've had days of her just being naked around the house but eventually she gets cold and wants clothes so of corse we dress her and you know where that goes.
There havent been any recent changes, all I can think is she just got bored with this whole thing? Its so frustrating because she totally knows what shes doing and can totally go potty because she was for a good month and a half.
Anyone else hit this road block? I just want to throw in the towel and call it quits for a while but I'd hate to encourage going backwards and honestly I dont want to be changing a 2 and a half yr old when she can go on the potty if she wanted to.
What to do?
