Can I put the songs on my flash drive on to iTunes?

I think my computer has a virus and I don't want to deal with having to put all of my music back on manually again. So I bought a flash drive and am putting my music library onto it. Once I recover my computer and put the flash drive in, will I be able to put the songs back on to iTunes, specifically? If no, is there a way I can do this? Thanks! :]
