I just bought s new computer that doesn't have a CD drive, and my old computer is ready to break, so could I put the sims 2 onto a flash drive and then plug that into the new computer and install it from that?

Probably yes but it depends how much space does your sims 2 have and your flash drive. (E.g. Sims 2 Has 2 GB and you need a 4 GB or more to transfer it to your New computer.)

Hope that might help!

Yes! Of course you can. Just beware you may be infringing copyright laws since you are making a copy of the game on the USB. To be on the safe side, add a CD/DVD Drive or use an external DVD/CD Drive.
