yeah as long as the batteries have the sake kind of post eighterr you have the +/- post on the top of the batter or on the side if they have the same post you can use it
No not always. Batterys differ by size. If it has the same number on it like MT-XXX than it will work. Just make sure it will fit and the battery is the same size or otherwise your hood could end up not closing or the battery just wont fit.
