Wallpaper was torn out of one of my bathrooms and poorly textured. What steps should I take to re-do the texture?
I just ripped out wallpaper and updated my other bathroom and now I want to make the poorly done one look like this one.
Can I prime it and re-texture over texture and high gloss paint?
