I never thought I'd be able to own a home, but I've been looking into the USDA section 502 Direct loan for awhile now. I didn't plan on buying now, but I can't pass up this home. The the location and features are just what I want and amazingly the price matches my budget!
Problem is, I hadn't started the loan process yet. I sent in my first initial paperwork yesterday. I will be looking at the house today. Can I put in an offer even though I'm not approved yet? Houses like this only come up in a blue moon in my area, I really need to make an offer quickly if the house suits my needs.
