Can you, yes...but it will do you no good whatsoever. It will be a complete and total waste of time and money and will result in to performance gains whatsoever. It will also not produce the "whooshing" sound that you are looking for as a turbocharger is required for that. You will also be shamelessly laughed at by anybody who knows anything about cars.
