Can I put bi-xenon headlights on my 2008 Honda Accord Coupe?

I want to upgrade my headlights to HIDs, but I'm not sure which ones to get. I know that bi-xenon bulbs are both high and low beams, but if it is too expensive I would just get the low beams. I would probably have a shop install these for me, and was just wondering about the approximate cost, and also, which headlights would be best for my car.
 
Cost depends on the quality of the HID kit. Bi-xenon is better (in my opinion) but nothing over 6000K after that it becomes too blue
