can i put adobe premier cs4 on a flash drive to be downloaded to another computer?

i really need the program for school and i dont have the money to buy the program.....i also dont want to pirate it cuz some people already been caught and i dont want my isp monitoring me

so can it be put into a flash drive to be installed?
