There's a 2004 Chevy Express at work and last month the alternator blew. Apparently this other dude thought he was a mechanic and he replaced it but somehow he hooked the new one up wrong. They brought it to a real mechanic who again replaced the alternator but said the faulty hook up short circuited the in dash stereo head unit.
I drive a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer with an after market stereo.
I have 'Advanced' skills with electrical wiring and such but what im asking is,
Besides the obvious hard wiring and actual size difference, will I have any problems installing my stock 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer head unit in a 2004 Chevy Express?
