I have a 1998 kawasaki Bayou 220 that I got in pretty bad shape. I replaced the spark plug and then it worked for a while. Then one day it just shut off, it stopped firing. So I bought a new ignition coil for it and still nothing. I looked inside the place where the stator and other stuff is at cleaned that up and sealed it. After that it had a lot of compression. So I thought the CDI box (ignition module?) was bad and a new one costs 300 dollars... And used 80.... But I found that some people put ford duraspark ignition modules on 4wheelers... And they are only 20 bucks. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
