Can I Put a CD Player in my 1997 Ford Taurus GL?

I just bought this car for $1900.00 and I want a CD player in it, the thing is is that there isn't anywhere to put it. I don't know if it has the wiring or anything, and I don't want to tear open the dash.

Any help?
