Can I put 185/70-R14 tyre onto 2002 Toyota Echo that is currently using 175/65-R14 tyre?

Daughters 2002 Toyota Echo has tyre size 175/65-R14 tyres on it and have been given 185/70-R14 tyres. Would these bigger tyres be suitable to use on the little Echo?
