I am planning a party and making homemade mini egg rolls. Can I make them up two days in advance, freeze them, then pop them in the oven right before the party? If so, how long and what temperature?
Yes you can. Oven temp should be 425F for 10-15 minutes.
Make sure that you saute your vegetables that you are going to use and let them drain before rolling into the dough. If you dont, ice crystals will cause alot of trouble and the egg roll will remain soggy.
