Can I prepare, then freeze, then later cook/serve homemade egg rolls?

I am planning a party and making homemade mini egg rolls. Can I make them up two days in advance, freeze them, then pop them in the oven right before the party? If so, how long and what temperature?
 
yes cook your filling roll the egg rolls just lightly fry @ 375 use a deep fryer thermometer cook 1/2 way then cool then freeze

Hint add a bit of Asian 5 spice powder to your filling
makes the egg rolls taste better
 
Yes you can. Oven temp should be 425F for 10-15 minutes.

Make sure that you saute your vegetables that you are going to use and let them drain before rolling into the dough. If you dont, ice crystals will cause alot of trouble and the egg roll will remain soggy.
