Can I play this new game GT4 in my Sega Dreamcast?

I have not played video games for a while, but I am quite a sport on that, sure with all this conectivity via internet I will make history now that I have some free time and can do some extreme gaming. Please let me know if I need to buy some upgrade.
 
GT4 is exclusive for 5th Gen consoles... Sega Dreamcast died even before 4th Gen ones hit the market.

SD only had GTA2... GTA3 made it to everything but GameCube during that generation.
