can i play Civilization i just Downloaded on steam Offline?

yeah i just bought civ IV and i was wondering if i am offline can i still play it? it says i downloaded it to my comp, but i dunno if its just to my profile on steam or not.
 
Yes you will be able to. If you disconnect, you can have steam up, but you just won't be logged in. It should still show you the list of software you have downloaded.
