Can I pass A level Maths, Physics and Chemistry?

I am a mature student and want to change career and go back to University to study sciences. Is it possible to get atleast AAB in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. I have found a college and the A level coaching only lasts a year. I have no knowledge of Physics and Chemistry at all but I do have some background knowledge of Mathematics. Please advice. PS Im determined but worried if a year is enough. Getting old cant waste anymore years and I would be paying my money not a loan as I already done a degree. Thanks
