Can i paint handle grips for a bicycle???????

i have a really awesome kona stuff that has really bland grips. now its my birthday and i got some really expensive awesome black handle grips. but i was hoping for white ones... will painting my black ones white rub off of ruin them or is it safe??? please answer quickly. i can only handle riding with these black grips for so long lol

nope it will rub off into ur hands and look like junk about a week later

Not a good idea. I'd invest that money in grips that have some color to them.The paint will wear off and maybe stick to your hands.
